We use data to check worker compliance, match workers to assignments, build Trust Scores from what happened on real assignments, communicate with clients and workers, and meet legal obligations including Right to Work checks.
Data is shared with clients who receive workers on site. The information shared is the worker's name, trade, compliance status and Trust Score. We do not sell data. We share information with issuing bodies such as CSCS and awarding bodies for verification purposes. We may share data with authorities where we are legally required to do so.
Worker passports are kept for the duration of the working relationship and afterwards for as long as needed to maintain compliance records. Right to Work documents are typically kept for 2 years after the working relationship ends, in line with Home Office guidance. Assignment history and Trust Score data is kept for the lifetime of the passport.
